GUIDELINE ARRANGEMENT FOR FACE-TO-FACE

  • All participants to be seated at least one (1) metre apart from each other.

  • Arrangement using 4-5” rectangular banquet
  • All participants to be seated at least one (1) metre apart from each

Training hours

A 7-hour training to be conducted over a minimum of two (2) days and training hours per day should not exceed for (4).

Consumable Training Material

  • For Remote Online Learning:
    1. Claimable for HRDF approved licensed digital material only;
    2. Internet data cost of RM100, with no supporting document required.

Course Fee

  1. For e-Learning (excluding Hybrid), Mobile Learning and Remote Online Learning:
    • Maximum of RM350 per pax per day
  2. For Hybrid (e-Learning and face-to-face training):
    • Maximum of RM350 per pax per day for training conducted online and for face-to-face training, fees will be based on existing Allowable Cost Matrix.

Steps to Apply

Email the application to BPMI officer at least three (3) days before training with following details :

  1. Fill the form – Borang Permohonan Latihan Dalaman Kolej Universiti Islam Perlis [PK(S).KUIPs.07(L)], online form (https://forms.gle/ugRfqzjNAbxHdhAA6) and attach with supporting documents
  2. Fill the form Borang Penilaian Kursus [PK (S). KUIPs. 07 (L4)] (after in house training) and Borang Keberkesanan Latihan [PK(S).KUIPs.07(L5)] (within 3 months in house or external training)

In addition, for external training, the applicant must prepare reports with a copy of certificate and 60 seconds recording of training (submit to BPMI officer within 3 months of training)
